As a resident of One Light, Two Light or Three Light, you have access to a dedicated service process designed to make maintenance and repairs as convenient as possible. And no matter what you drive, we’d be happy to help. Aristocrat Motors can service all makes and models, giving you the opportunity to experience the Aristocrat difference whether they currently own one of our brands or not.

How It Works:

1. Call the dedicated Aristocrat Motors resident service line.

You’ll speak with an Aristocrat receptionist, who will connect you with the appropriate service advisor.

2. Confirm your appointment details.

Your service advisor will schedule a pickup date and time, review your service needs and confirm whether you’ll need a loaner vehicle.

3. Leave your key with your building receptionist.

Before your scheduled pickup, simply leave your vehicle key at the front desk and provide the approximate location of your vehicle in the garage.

4. Aristocrat handles the pickup.

An Aristocrat porter will access the garage, retrieve your vehicle and, when applicable, leave a loaner vehicle in its place.

5. We return your vehicle when service is complete.

Once your service is finished, we’ll return your vehicle to your building, collect the loaner and leave your key with the receptionist. It’s a premium service experience designed around where you live — not around a trip to the dealership.
