Here at Aristocrat Motors, we love everything Porsche. Porsches are prized for their customization opportunities nearly as much as their performance. That means that the options list can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially if you’re trying to stick to a budget. So when they decide to do a special edition that bundles together some of their most popular features, we take notice. Such is the case with our Cayenne Platinum Edition.
The Platinum Edition takes the base Cayenne, and adds a whole basket of popular options. Some of these include:
- Bixenon dynamic headlamps
- Front and rear park assist with surround-view graphics
- Bose audio system
- 8 way power adjustable seats.
All of this is dressed up with 20 inch RS Spyder wheels and black on black on black trim. Now, while all of these options are available for purchase separately without the Platinum Edition, you’ll definitely pay for it. Going with the Platinum instead of individually picking these same options out will save you nearly $9,000.
The luxury car world can be expensive. As a dealer who handles Maserati, Mercedes, Jaguar, and Land Rover, in addition to Porsche, we know that all too well. But if you plan carefully, and do your research, it is possible to save thousands of dollars, while still getting exactly what you want. The Cayenne Platinum Edition is one way to indulge your pampered side, without upsetting your wallet too much.
Aristocrat Motors is ringing in the New Year by stepping it up a notch! To provide our customers with the most in-depth coverage of the new luxury and high-performance models coming out for 2013, we are sending a team to the 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, MI in what we have dubbed The Porsche Drive to Detroit.
The Team: Our social media representative Kris Nielsen (@KrisNielsenKC) and the Vice-President of The Social Media Club of Kansas City , Aaron Thacker (@Yourdp) will be driving to the show while tweeting along the way. Fans of cars and road trips alike are encouraged to attend!
The Car: Every great road trip needs a great vehicle, so we will be taking the 2013 Porsche Cayenne Diesel, a high-luxury, high-performance SUV with a knack for sipping fuel (29mpg).
The Challenge: In addition to tweeting and posting experiences, challenges, and more along the way, we will be attempting to travel the entire 763 miles to Detroit on a single tank of fuel. With the Porsche’s estimated range around 700 miles, this will prove to be quite the exercise in driving efficiently.
