Pairing your Bluetooth device to your Mercedes-Benz is possibly one of the easiest tasks when setting up your vehicle. A video explaining the process is available on our YouTube page for those of you who are visual learners. First, turn the vehicle to Accessory Mode or all the way on. Next, press the “on hook” button on your steering wheel. The voice command will give you a list of prompts. Of those options, select “pair new device.” Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. At this time, both the vehicle and your device will search for each other. After they have finally found each other and true love… wait, maybe not. Select “MB Bluetooth” and the car and phone will sync and live in perfect harmony.
Bluetooth is a very important convenience and safety device. Please do not text and drive. A call may be less convenient or awkward in some cases, but looking away from the road is not worth your life or anyone else’s.
