Celia Albon is the friendly voice you hear on the phone when you call to schedule service. She has been a part of the Aristocrat Motors family for almost a year as a Customer Service Specialist. In addition to serving the service needs of customers, she is also a professional harpist. Celia began playing the harp 20 years ago after becoming proficient at piano, and was urged by her mother to take up the harp.
Practice made perfect and Celia will soon be featured in KC area hip-hop artist Tech N9ne’s new album, set to be released later this year. Where does a harp fit in a rap album? In this new album, the harp is being presented in a more progressive way. They’re putting an old instrument in a new light by featuring Celia in the track titled “Love.”
At work Celia schedules service appointments for customers, helps coordinate alternate transportation, and follows-up with service customers after they come in to make sure our Aristocrat Motors clients are completely satisfied!
Celia is a member of the Phantoms of Kansas City, a social club that presents historical subjects of local artists and venues. She also does solo work and can be contacted on her website at www.caharpist.com
